Moments In Time
This moment
... just a small part in time.
At the bank window, talking with a friend,
or gaze at the moon.
A moment, probably more then a second,
maybe more then a minute.
A handshake, a kiss, a smile, a laugh
not measured in time taken.
The paint takes more then a moment to dry
but,
the photo can capture the moment, stop motion,
keep the memory of Now.
Make your eye and mind the camera and film.
Remember all the moments
that take your breath away.
Store them with gratitude to paint another day.
